Darren is the Managing Director of VivATA, an architectural practice, Prestige’s Architect, and a proud member of the construction power team. Darren offers the full range of architectural services, including architectural design, but he especially adds value as a qualified person, or “QP” – this is to handle the daunting submissions to authorities for approvals. Darren seeks clients who are doing renovations or fitouts to their premises, such as offices & shops, as these projects will need plans submitted to SCDF for approval.
